Cabinet approved the appointment of the following people to the Board of Directors of NWR for a period of three years:
Dr. Kalumbi Shangula, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Tourism;
Dr. Nashilongo Shivute, Under-Secretary in the Ministry of Lands and Resettlement;
Mr. A. Abner, Director in the Ministry of Finance;
Mr. Pierre du Preez, Conservation Specialist in the Ministry of Environment and Tourism;
Ms. Jacqueline W. Asheeke, because of her knowledge of the industry;
Mr. Epson Jossop; Chief Executive Officer of Erongo Red; and
Dr. Tobie Aupindi, Managing Director of NWR as non-voting member.
