    Thumbs down employment

i m a namibian citizen and i love my country.its my motherland and i m proud of it.its just that i dont understand this thing of studying then yet there is no employment for u.let me make an example of me

i did my grade 12 and went to study further after that i m seeking for employment and i cant seem to find, but the same places that i go a week later a friend of mine or some one i know got the job,she never completed grade 12 and no studies yet she is attending training while i know all that.
why are we being so unfare in our own country? and tomorrow we are suppose to send our children and childrens children to universities? if we know my uncle is now old weather in parliament or in other cooperate company then they just get the grandsons and granddaughters to take over which is so unfair.i v seen it happen and it should STOP.

corruption wont take us any where.please lets do this for our tomorrow and correct each other when possible.

One solution: Upgrade our education so that the current "graduates" actually know what they supposed to know and talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OR

Throw out all the foreigners who are usurping the job opportunities because they are already trained and the private sector AND the public sector does not has to invest money in training and education!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OR

Get another expensive consultant who will tell you in 50 000 words what I have just said in two sentences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post employment - here is the deal ...

... take it easy, because easy does it, okay?

... you must understand the following simple ponts:

Jobs in Namibia are only for foreigners because they helped the SWAPO's when they run away from the apartheid system

SWAPO surporters and other *ss lickers must get jobs regardless of qualification or experience

The only way how we can change this is to do what SWAPO have done during the apartheid regime - SWAPO is nothing more then the new apartheid regime

We need to stand together as one and start our own groups against the oppressors

It is also common in Africa that peace and stability are just empty words, why would it be different in Namibia

There is many ways how can change the situation - because there is no freedom of speech in Namibia, I can not tell you what to do but hopefully soon the situation will change

Just look at what is happening in South Africa and Zimbabwe and use this nice examples

    We can fight corruption

This is not poison for conflict but fertilizer for the sollution

how can you stand together as one when 65% of you out there will probably vote Swapo
regardless of the fact that your hungry and shoeless.

Look at Zimbabwe , Bob probably got 40% of the vote "we may never know" but that means 40% of the people approve of Mr Mugabe's past few years accomplishments, forgetting that they need a bakkie of money to buy a loaf of bread.

There is no hope for change in Namibia with so much blind loyalty flying around Africa and
sometimes i think Loyalty is another word for Hoping to Make it Rich Kissing *ss

I just thought I'd help out. The definition of the quote below is a call for "insurrection" and could - by some stretch of the imagination - even be called "treason"!

The only way how we can change this is to do what SWAPO have done during the apartheid regime - SWAPO is nothing more then the new apartheid regime

Please note that cheap, inflammatory rhetoric has never yet changed an iota of anything.
