Post Food to flood victims- a bonus to many

Currently, flood victims in the north and north east are receiving food from the GRN and donors. However, if one have to analyse critically, some people are benefiting extra in this regard. For example people leaving in town such as Oshakati these people (some) what the water affect is only their houses and they have never have any source of food which is affected and if one use to work (not in the affected businesses) is still going to work as usually, what have changed is only the residential place and these persons have been surviving like that for decades.

Now that there is a flood, the people I am referring to are get the same food with people who have their field affected by water and cannot produce their own food this year.

DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS A BONUS TO MANY OR WHAT DO U THINK?

if i understand you correctly you are saying

people who's food crops were destroyed by the floods deserve more aid then someone who's house is flooded but is able to go to the market and buy more food.

sounds reasonable but they both need help however the farmers need longer term help
to get through to the next harvest.

most everyone loses in a flood , those who gained from it shamefully should be in jail.

juikk would ( I think) say: Yes, what about the floods that devastated Mariental last? year? Where was all that food-aid then?

Takes us back to George Orwell and that well-known story about a certain farm.
