Thread: Reviews section

Hi Mary - you pipped me to the post, so to speak. Basically, we want to help Namibians make informed buying decisions, so the Reviews section will hopefully become a reliable source for valuable consumer insight, unbiased advice, in-depth product evaluations and personalised recommendations. We want to help consumers anywhere use the power of information to find, compare and buy anything.

So if you have recently subscribed to a service, or made a purchase in Namibia, or dealt with a company or service provider then post a review and share your thoughts, opinions and experience for the benefit of others.

Good idea, Admin - Maybe it can be improved by introducing specific evaluation criteria, say for restaurants and lodges? That could help pinpoint specific issues?

I would suggest we also have a section to deal with Banks, Insurance companies, etc. I have done a similar thing with the Namibia Consumer Protection Group on Facebook and NING.

All the issues raised will also be sent directly to the company concerned to enable them to reply.
