Re: SADC Observer Mission: Statement
To be expected, although they appear to have been pretty thorough judging by observers. But why make this pronouncement before the final electino results have even been announced??
Is it not a bit premature, Your Excellency Armando Emílio Guebuza President of the Republic of Mozambique?
I suppose if the SADC observers can state that Zim's recent elections were "transparent, credible, peaceful, free and fair" then they better certify ours given the huge amount of work that has gone into this effort and the peaceful atmosphere in the country, notwithstanding a number of incidents and irreguliarities which still have to be investigated.....
