Economic Partnership Agreements with the EU.
New years gift or a cat in the bag, the newly signed Economic Partnership Agreements with the EU. The great thing is, we can move on to other countries in Africa, where people really need investment and do true business.
The former French colony, Republique de Côte d'Ivoire, with its capital Yamoussoukro (de jure ) and largest city Abidjan, are a few of fine examples for us to do our business. Business that were rejected to us by the mighty Wambo ruling tribe. Yet, Africa are vast and have many opportunities, so much that also Kleurlinge may have the opportunity to share in it. Let the selfish Wambos have Namibia for them, they were the only true liberators, we Kleurlinge and many others were just traitors (traitors to who?). Selfishness being an actively replicating repetitive sequence of nucleic acid that serves no known function, are find deeply in the bodies of some people. Selfishness is proved to be DNA related. That's not the point, let's move on to business.
The Republique de Côte d'Ivoire, have a estimate population of 17, 654,843 and a density of 56/km², GDP $28.47 billion, per capita $1,600 a leading exporter of pineapples, palm oil, coffee, cocoa and bananas. For 20 years, the economy maintained an annual growth rate of nearly 10% - the highest of Africa's non-oil-exporting countries. Côte d'Ivoire one of the most prosperous of the tropical African states. The French community grew from only 10,000 prior to independence to 50,000, most of them teachers and advisors. It borders Guinea and Liberia to the west, Burkina Faso and Mali to the north, to the east Ghana, and to the south the Gulf of Guinea.
Thanks to Europe, who gave opportunities to us as minorities, where our countries such as Namibia simply failed. To those of you who have not seen the light, do not be discouraged and never give up hope. There are equal good countries such as Seychelles, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Mozambique, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and so on. These countries prove also much beter chances for minority groups in terms of business, development and prosperity.
Good luck for 2008.
