Same old peeps with same old ideas - shuffling the chairs, nothing else. It's like a roundabout, isn't it? I have little confidence they will take our Republic substantially forward. They have little fresh ideas, and are obviously running out of energy, too. It's like a job for life for them....

Maybe what needs to happen is for the senior dudes and Girlz to be given final packages for meaning so much to the Republic and be opted out of Ministerial offices, and maybe it be time to make sure all Ministers henceforth have no less than at least a masters in their respective fields....d@ may be a start of an intelligent Government to propel our Republic into prosperity!!!

One way of doing it will be to put out an advert in the print media for the vacancies, with the respective minimum requirements, of course the old you must be a comrade line can get in the way of getting the relevant expertise in a given position, maybe if it is stated that it could count in ones favor if one is a comrade ;-). Well then the candidates have a chance to apply, be short listed, interviewed by a headstrong panel, and hey, maybe even before the interview, appear on national TV to introduce themselves to the public in the name of transparency, it could happen if we all stop being rigid and start enjoying being alive and kicking hey. sort of like Donald Trumps The apprentice kind of setup could also work.....LOL

Wouldn't that be novel, to hear someone say to our lesser performing "leaders": "You're fired". Sure haven't heard it once here.....LOL

Yes, we did! Sam with HH! Maybe not in so few words, but the meaning was the same ........

....... and with Geingob. One day Hero; the next day Zero!

Is such an act (reshufflement) politically motivated or is it meant for efficient operation? Honestly just a question. For us the naive and novices would assume that first, it could make sense for an electrician to do electrical or related work and so forth. That either by skill and experience or academic pursuit one could do better in a particular area. Unless found to be incompetent to be then.....

We will end-up with as many masters as the positions. That is easily done. Look at the Dr.s.
