Nyet! No! Nein!
I have followed various opinions and news around Honourable Pohamba and his regime being 'robbed' off the necessary power as the Father of the nation is believed to be a more stronger power wielding force in the background, leaving the current president open to 'disrespect' from the inner workings of the SWAPO party.
My Question, do you think Namibia faces a similar ousting/resignition of the President as has happened in the RS of A, or are the various concerned faculties regarding the President baseless? Let's talk!!![]()
Nyet! No! Nein!
Ja to a certain degree.Soon after Mandela retired as a president the comments he made in public which were conflicting to those Mbeki caused tension. The media nor the political society could not pinpoint where the epicentre of political power emerged or should be centred. But Mandela being the saint realised the tension and slip into the background, and allowed Mbeki to be in the spotlight.
Nujoma has also done the same thing however it looks like his tentacles are still firmed gripped on the power apparutus in both Swapo and the govt (proxy ministers).
Secondly,it is fair to say that SPYL and ANC youth league share the same political rhetoric. Which is very militant and retaliatory.
Even to though politics in SA is emerged into intellectualisim, the mob knowledge always seems to prevail.
One should not forget the South Africa and Namibia share the common political struggle against Apartheid...
