Employees cannot be barred from voting by employers
Any person who employs, or accommodates on any land, any voter; or any person in charge of any voter, shall afford such voter the opportunity to vote at any election in respect of which the voter is registered.

Unfortunately some of our "compatriots" WILL try and prevent voters from doing their civic duty ... some may get a day's pay deducted; some may find they HAVE to take leave ..... others still, may even be fired (to put it bluntly)!
These are the true traitors in our democracy!
