Election Watch - We have had a number of messages from Namibian students abroad who are a long way from the nearest Namibian embassy or high commission and wanted to know if there was any possibility of polling stations being opened nearer their institutions of higher education. As far as we are aware the list of foreign missions where voting can take place is still the same as the one issued by the ECN and placed earlier in this blog (see below), apart from the addition of polling stations in Mutare and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. But you can always contact your nearest Namibian embassy or high commission to check the details. Polling abroad will take place at Namibia's foreign missions from 7h00 to 21h00 local time on Friday November 13.
