    Default DAS report on Namibian elections

    Esteemed Shebeeners!! Anyone having access to the much talked about DAS report on Namibian elections? tried searching the netm, but only find a DAS report on Zambian (...or was it Zimbabwean?) elections or some such... please point me to a PDF version or at least a weblink, cause I would like to read the content of it...
