A security guard in the employ of G4S is accusing the Namibian Police of arbitrary deprivation of liberty. Namibia’s National Society for Human Rights (NSHR) wishes to join Women’s Action for Development (WAD) to warn Namibian families about, among others, a Nigerian human trafficking (HT) syndicate currently operating from Johannesburg, South Africa (SA). The syndicate is using various methods to lure young Namibian women to SA for the burgeoning sex industry during the FIFA World Cup 2010.
