Ingram Cuff won the Pick n Pay Namibian Cycle Classic on Sunday when he beat Jacques Celliers in a sprint to the line. Cuff completed the 100km race in a time of 2:35:00, to finish four seconds ahead of Celliers, while Till Drobisch came third a further 10 seconds behind.

It was the first major victory for the 28-year-old Cuff, who represented Namibia’s development team at the 2009 African Cycling Championships in Windhoek.

Niall O'Brien used all his first-class experience to compile a crucial 135 as Ireland took control of their vital Intercontinental Cup match against Kenya in Nairobi on Saturday.
