The MTC Namibian Rugby Premier League competition enters its final stages, with four matches scheduled to take place this weekend.
With three rounds of league matches remaining, three teams are assured of semifinal places, but four other teams are still battling it out for the fourth semifinal berth.
Reho Falcon, Wanderers and Western Suburbs should reach the semis without a problem, but the fourth spot is up for grabs with Rehoboth, Unam and Kudus all still in with a chance.
Reho Falcon lead the log on 55 points after 13 matches, followed by Wanderers on 52 points after 14 matches and Suburbs on 51 points after 13 matches. Rehoboth (44), Kudus (41), United (38) and Unam (38) all have three matches remaining and will battle it out for a place in the semifinals.
Of the three sides, only Rehoboth will be quite confident of victory this weekend when they take on second from bottom Jaguars at home.
Unam face a difficult away match to log leaders Reho Falcon in Rehoboth, while Kudus are also away to Western Suburbs at Suburbs Park.
In the weekend’s remaining match Wanderers will be confident of victory when they host bottom-of-the-log Grootfontein at their home ground in Pioniers Park.
