below is a link and story regarding VOIP usage in Namibia. As far as my knowledge stretches, we have SKYPE that is VOIP enabled. Recently it came to my attention that applications that can arguably be clustered under the VOIP application hit the Namibian market, these are applications such as VIBER for i-phone users or TringMe LLC for Blackberry users.

While we are on the topic of VOIP legality, has anyone got a take from a consumer point of view?

Online dating: Hmmmmm.... How fullfilling is it really? Is it better to date online versus traditional dating? One thing that degenerates chances of online dating is that some people tell you they love you after only asking how you are? is it not hilarious? In terms of connecting intellectually I find online dating quite stimulating......however it usually fades after say 3 months......hehehe....else online dating also bear less risk in my opinion that a physical relationship can have.......on this ...
